A contract between the client and FAB Agency GmbH is concluded when an offer from the client is accepted in writing or a written order confirmation has been provided.

FAB Agency GmbH offers creative services in the fields of design, photography, videography, event management, social media marketing, and influencer campaigns. The specific scope of services will be defined in the individual contract.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are net and subject to applicable VAT. Payments are due within 14 days of invoicing without any deductions, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability
FAB Agency GmbH is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.

6. Data Protection
FAB Agency GmbH collects, processes, and stores personal data solely in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your data with third parties unless required for the performance of the contract or mandated by law.

9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Berlin.
